Our new farmhouse is our pride and joy! We renovated the entire house last spring just in time for the summer season. And we get to share it each summer with travelers who are looking for somewhere to stay in Montauk. I love hearing our guests’ impressions of our home and the little details we focused on when pulling it all together. One of the ways we afford to have a home in Montauk is by renting it out in the summer. I grew up in this town, but since then, prices have skyrocketed. And the real estate market didn’t really experience the recession as strongly here as the rest of the country, so prices are still sky high. We accept rentals on VRBO and airbnb, but you can also contact me directly at dana@beachhousehustle.com to save on administrative fees if you are interested in staying here. Family and pet friendly. Priority is given to rentals of more than 30 days comprised of a single or extended family.
